    They should... which M17x are you referring to? M17x R1, R2, R3 or R4? Or, the pre-Dell m17x laptop?

On the M18x R1 the only Windows 7 driver that was not compatible was the Dell Bluetooth 375 module and the native driver from Windows 8 took care of that. On the first Windows Update, a new Windows 8 version of the Dell BT 375 driver installed from the Windows Update Catalog.

That's right, the drivers should be compatible with Windows 8. You can find the drivers for your rig here.

The fix to download from Dell is pretty straightforward now.
    http://forum.notebookreview.com/ali...-r4-owners-lounge-thread-238.html#post8915862

As for the drivers, they work just fine. I noticed however, there's no Alienware Command Center available for download right now for Windows 8. The latest v2.8.8.0 for Windows 7 works just fine though.

You guys should be getting this fixed for us, and not the other way round where the customer has much to figure out on his own.. :/

    Have you installed Alienware OSD?
The download link works just fine! You have to use the 'true' workaround like so: Drivers and Downloads | Dell [India]

I did installed the Alienware OSD why?
    Thx for the download link.

I still can't switch the graphic mode :/ Do I really have to go back to the 4 month old driver on Dell/AW support site?

    If Fn+F7 isn't working:
    • Perform clean install of drivers
    • Try alternate drivers
    • Perform clean install of OS (if you had upgraded)
    • Try uninstalling and re-installing OSD. Also, try it once before installing AW OSD
    Not necessarily in that order.

Wait, are you talking about switchable graphics with Enduro ON ? Or are you unable to turn it OFF ?

Should work once the Syanptics Touchpad Driver is installed

It's an automatic GPU switching system meant to decide when your computer should use the iGPU or discrete GPU in order to save power when not needed.

That function dosen't work then, beacause normally I could deside what power safe the different software would run with, but i'm not able to do that know in CCC. That meens that I can't play any games now because I can't decide which power mode the game should be running with :/

Core processor driver?? No such thing. If you mean the Intel INF setup, it's usually a unified driver. You can look it up @ Intel.
What bluetooth hardware do you have?
I see no reason why you'd have issues with the latest nVidia drivers for Windows 8... Have you tried LV2G ?
