    hi, i'm having a problem with my laptop.. when i shutdown my computer it won't turn off and i'll just get a black screen and back lights on and fans on.. i've noticed that this problem started when windows 10 updated kb3176936 and kb3176934.. any fix for this? microshit updates are annoying.. help me please.. thanks..

    I have a Alienware 17 r2 970m and bios A06. If I turn on my fast start up my computer will shut down and when its off my computer can't shut down. all i get is a black screen with my keyboard lights on and fan on. T_T

    Have you tried posting your problem in the Alienware forum? Maybe some of them have had the same problem.

    not yet because im thinking its from the latest windows 10 update.. ill post this there later.. it seems i am the only one having the problem.. T_T
