    Hi all. This error is driving me crazy. It just won't let me update and keep getting this error. No virus is coming up in my scans. Any ideas?

    Guessing it's related to win 10? The same number finishing in 020 is the win 10 upgrade waiting for activation and marked as 'failed' on my win 7.

    EDIT: Seems that the BITS service is not running and the win 10 background download cannot continue (along with other updates).
