    Hey all,

While using my wireless HD I get these codes and the WiHD shuts down. The bottom right corner, on the back of LCD screen gets stupid hot. Called Alienware and they didn't give me any hassle at all, will have a Tech out here tomorrow to replace the entire LCD screen and antenna.

I'm kinda (a lot) nervous about having a tech take apart my laptop and afraid of new issues popping up afterwards, mainly from a few horror stories I have read on this forum. Whats the general consensus of the quality of work performed by these Tech's? Anything I should do or watch out for when he/she comes tomorrow?
