Every now and then, this doesn't happen too often.

After I shut the lid on my laptop (when it's not plugged into power), it goes to sleep and when I open the lid, I see my wireless adapter w/the green circle like it's searching for a signal or trying to connect.

Only problem is, it never connects and eventually freezes my laptop when I try to close programs or restart it.

I have to hold down the power button to shut it down and turn it back on.

    Any ideas?

    I have the Killer-N 1103.

It has no problems other than this minor issue

update your killer 1103 driver, the one that ships with the laptop are bad.

I've been using the Atheros reference drivers for a while now.

I think I figured it out anyway, went into Device Manager/Properties for my wireless card and turned off "Allow this device to wake this computer" option.

I guess we'll see if it works.
