Hey all,
I just received my new hotness and ofcourse I had to test it out...
I installed Bad Company 2 and played some singleplayer to see how it looks maxed out.... (the 5870's do its job really well btw) but when i changed to multiplayer i noticed these hang ups.... every 2-3 minutes i get a laggspike, last for about 1-2 seconds and then play resumes as normall
(for instance: i shoot, switch to reconball, throw the reconball, suddenly i realise the reconball doesn't show up on the radar and look at my inventory and see no ball is missing, so i never really threw one...)
I tried gaming with the cable plugged in, and no issues at all... I don't think its the router because I used to play Bad company 2 on this router with my previous laptop...
I have the Intel N-6300 and a Linksys Wireless G router.
Does anyone have any suggestions about what to do? streaming video trough msn n such seems fine, no hickups,
(I haven't tried any other games yet, as I currently don't have any cd's with me...)
Any help is appreciated!

On some further reasearch i tried to see if i could download any drivers at dell, but my service tagg is denied :s (maybe they still need to add it to the database?)
So I went to Intell, they have this tool on the website that scans your pc to see what version and what network card you have so I tried that , and it can't scan my card?
So I was maybe thinking my card has some kind of fault in it, since I get lagg and seems not to recognise it?
Copy paste of the website scan of Intel:

thank you in advance -
If your serious about gaming you must play hard wired. You will always have latency over wireless.I would never ever play the games i play online over wireless. My opinion is the same with wireless mice i would only ever use hard wired mouse for multiplayer games. There will be nothing wrong with your 6300.

Thank you for reply
Well im pretty serious about gaming, the thing is that it always used to work, I played this game on my mates laptop on the same wireless router and had no "hick ups" So i tought this was some kind of stability issue?
On a side note, i just noticed that the fans are regulary turning from low to medium power even while I type this message and nothing but IE open. Is this normal or should I start to worry?
Wireless lagg??
