I'm having trouble accessing about 70% of the internet. Nothing wrong with my router, other laptops can connect to the same websites I'm having trouble with. Is this because of a driver issue? Should I install different wireless drivers? I have the half-mini card thing, not the 6300.

If you can get to 30% of the internet then it is highly unlikely to be due to drivers.

Far more likely you have managed to get some Spyware or a virus or other malware on your system. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is a fairly well-known tool for cleaning your system. I would run that and also a virus scanner.

It could also be that you have "safe browsing" or a similar feature turned on in your browser. These are features of some browsers which submit each URL to a server somewhere to see if it is a known blacklisted URL before actually loading the site. It can really slow down legitimate access though - even to the point where it seems that you don't even have an internet connection.

Fixed. For some reason the ports I opened and the static ip I set suddenly stopped working for some reason? They were working, but I turned it off, works again... Oh well, it was only for running a Sauerbraten server for a day last week anyhow, I don't need it anymore. And I know it was all valid and whatnot, it worked for half a week. Oh well, if it ain't broke don't fix it, and it now seems to no longer be broke. Thanks anyway for the response!
