My home network's router provided through work uses WPA-PSK encryption.

I'm currently using the 'Dell Wireless drivers version 5.60.18.8' to fix the poor wireless connection issues I had using the Broadcom drivers. (as suggested in the M17x wireless issues guide here). These work fine for me, except they don't seem to support WPA-PSK - it's just not there.

What will I have to do to be able to connect to the network?

Which wireless card do you have?

I'm running the Dell Wireless 1520, and it has no problems with both my home router (WPA-PSK + WPA2-PSK) or my work router (WPA-PSK). This is with the latest drivers off Dell's site.

And by any chance are you trying to connect to an older Linksys router (not the new UFO-looking ones)? If so, I think many of the older Linksys models had poor WiFi support, and a fairly large number of devices won't work properly.

i was running the 1520 as well and had no issues with WPA or WPA2-PSK, the router is likely the culprit.

Yeah, I'm going to put it down to a dodgy router. Turns out it was on WPA2 Personal but still displayed it as WPA-PSK  Thanks guys.
