    Basically, I've had my machine since November and when it's running right - it's the best machine I've ever owned. The problem is that it rarely runs right. They've had to replace my monitor, and now the second one is bad. My HDDs need replaced and I've spent over 20 hours on the phone trying to get it all worked out and I keep getting trasfered and transfered... I have been disconnected during transfer more times than I can count - VERY frustrating. I am having an issue with the middle easter tech support. I am having a very hard time understanding them and they are having a hard time understanding my issues. They have issued a replacement machine but the build has been wrong TWICE now and I need to speak with someone in the states about fixing this issue or giving me my freaking money back. This is a disaster. I still think that Alienware/Dell makes the best machines when they run right - but I will never ever purchase one again because of this horrible tech support/customer care I've recieved... or haven't recieved I should say.

    I've seen the phone number on here before for US phone support and I have been searching and searching and cannot find it. Anyone that has it or has a link - please help!

    Thankfully I found the information myself... they do not HAVE a US customer care number. Only India and Costa Rica. Good to know. At least that's what the tech guy told me after I repeated my problem to him THREE times and he transfered me yet again!
