hi guys. before anything. sorry for my English and second sorry for my ignorance

alienware program show up with a bios a09 update , so i accept . but when the computer restart , in the password screen the computer crashes and shows me a blue screen and restarts, giving me the typical safe mode options

how I can fix this? formatting the hard drive and doing a fresh install of windows? with a system restore. would solve the problem?

as you can see I'm no expert of computer

    thanks in advance

In the BIOS check your sata mode the bios upgrade may have changed its setting..

    Try ACHI or RAID mode
