    hello nbr,

I just recently purchased an Alienware R4 "and i love it", and due to the fact that i love it so much i wanted to create a backup, so i went to my local wal mart and picked up an external hard drive, "capacity of external hd is greater than my SSD." so i purchased alienrespawn and proceeded to create recovery medium on my usb key followed by a failed attempt at a full system back up, after choosing the drive that i wanted to back up i chose where i would save this backup "which was on the external drive" and then clicked next. it appeared that everything was ok until it got to about 32% "happened every time at 32%" then it failed. and thats all the information i have because there was no information in the logs nor was there any information in the activity logs, i have no idea what to do as i just feel ive wasted $40 on alienrespawn, i did successfully create a backup system image with windows on my external drive. but i would like to use alienrespawn since i paid for it...... please help.

    Thanks,

    My M17x r4

This happened to me also. No matter what drive or available space the backup would fail at the same point with 'insufficient space' error. I uninstalled it and reinstalled, then it started working (I also purchased the full copy).
