If its anything like I had to do with iTunes, you have to copy and paste it into the app directly from: C:\Program Files\Alienware\Command Center\Media Plugin\Winamp. There was A folder in my iTunes directory which I had to copy it to: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iTunes Plug-ins. My guess is it will be a similar directory for Winamp -
not working is there anything that i can do to fix it.

You may have forgotten the obvious (it happens to all of us
) Right click on the FX icon in your tray and make sure that
"Enable 3rd party Alien FX" is checked

I said before I did it for iTunes not Winamp; don't know why its not working for you, should be the same as both programs are similar. My last and only other guess is that the newest version of Winamp doesn't support the AW FX. You may have to wait for AW to update their FX (they do so on occasion).
