tell me why performance core2duo maybe higher than i7?
    alienware m17x r4 i7 3610QM - 2.30GHz.
performance in windows and different software on the second notebook asus core2duo with the same clock frequency is much higher.
my alienware in cinebench r15 cpu test points only 146. in passmark performance test - cpu mark only 2849.
why can this be? win7 / win10 tried. BIOS reset. cpu temperature not exceeding 50 C

I dont see imgs, but are you trying this plugged in or on battery? On battery it can throttle. But even if you have plugged in, i think that you have throttling kick in.
Try throttlestop and set max multiplier.

Maybe your power plan is set to "Power Saving" instead of "High Performance"

My battery error. Connected, but not charging. 0% Maybe this is problem?
Cpu-Z in fully loaded cpu show only 1.2GHz.

When did this issue start occurring? Maybe a CMOS rest or resetting the BIOS settings to default will help.

All time cpu frequency only 1.2GHz. BIOS resetting did not help.

You have obviously throttling all the time, as I thought.
But now, what can be the problem ? Download throttlestop, the newest beta version, and change there max multiplier to max, turn on BD STOCH, and see if it improves.

You PSU or DC might be faulty. Try going into BIOS (F2 repeatedly after restart) and see if your PSU shows as 240W (or any other wattage) or unknown AC adapter. If you can, find a different PSU from any DELL or Alienware laptop and go into BIOS to see if the wattage is detected. If another PSU is detected, but yours isn't - your PSU is faulty. If another genuine DELL/AW PSU is not detected (it can be 90W or even 65W, but has to be detected in BIOS), your DC is most likely faulty. Non genuine or faulty DELL PSU will not charge the battery and the performance of the laptop will be throttled.
