Hi, I saw you're from Spain so I think shipment from China isn't reliable or fast(as most of them gpus)
Here in forum you can contact @woodzstack that is a Reseller, or take a look on the marketplace forum if you want a used gpu.

If you are on m17x r4 with screen at 120hz I'll suggest you to buy 1060m or better for minor thermal heat and wattage ( ^_^ nor the performance!!)

    Regards

    P.S.:

If I rembember well, there's no need of modification with your 100w heatsink, just make a sure placement of thermal pad, and if you want a more cool way. put a backplate on it

Hey thank you for the mention, I appreciate it !~

@ares6 Yeah if you can get the cards cheaper from me, I give a good price to those from NBR always. You can find the store in my signature , or we can work out a more direct route too.

As for support, the NV100 heatsink from your 680M is fine for future upgrades, the unlocked bios is fun an neat but A14 is better then A11, if you can get an unlocked version perfect ! But not even needed.

As for installing and using the 980M we have an entire process understood at this point, depending on if your using windows 8 or windows 10. They're relatively the same though.

Oh you mean the green versus the blue silicon ? The green is if i understand, thinner and cheaper, and used by like DELL and HP, the Blue is from Clevo and a bit more rugged, and usually has higher quality components attached too. Both of those listings are over priced.

Hello good thanks for replying I think for my alienware m17x r4 and I think it does not exite the 1000 series for my laptop stays in 900
As for the version of the bios only and found the A11 unlock if you had a bios more open unlock I can pass the link
@woodzstack that price would be the graph 980m without dissipador and with sending to Spanish
    Thank you

    @woodzstack

Hey, Would of PMed but the system hates me as I'm new. Question for you. I have a Alienware m17x R4 (2012) with a AMD/ATI 7970m 2GB. I want to put a Nvidia 980m or 970m in it as the laptop is still a beast and the current new Alienwares have some nice heat issues. What would be my options and any idea on the total cost of EVERYTHING needed to do it ? I'm in the states so shipping should be good.

Hi good and bought a 980m for my alienware r4
    But I have aggro failure
To charge the notebook it pisses me with the black screen and I can only boot with an external monitor connected
The other way it stays pittering all the time and does not advance only with the external monitor works
Some solution for not needing external monitor
    Thank you
