    another stupid question... when i play games my pc only detects one graphics card when i have 2 ati 4870's

    when i go on steam to detect my system info only brings up 1 graphics card how do i get my laptop to run both for best performance? and how can i find out what graphics cards i have got? sorry to ask stupid questions but gotta learn some how :)

    Can't say for sure on the 1 graphics cards thing, check to make sure you're not in stealth mode also go into the CCC(Catalyst Control Center) to make sure the options for performance and crossfire are enabled. To find out what cards you have and to see if it's enabling both cards use CPU-z or GPU-z and view the graphics info and it will show info on 1 card if crossfire isn't enabled or both if it is enabled.
