    hi

    i got this big problem with my m17x :(

    black is not black any more its green in bios in windows load schreen and rest black is all green first its works all fine i come back 45min later and i got this first was my wallpaper i think i restart mu laptop and i see startup where it say CUP HDD DDR back grond is green to

    gun is not full black any more i got this with games and movies to

    so i try call dell and after 2x10min stil no one wil try monday see if i can get dell

    Are you calling AW Support?

    Have you opened the system recently and tinkered with the display cable and/or SLI cable? If so, try re-seating both.

    Monitoring temps? Are they higher than the norm baseline for your system?

    Recent driver changes?

    nope i have not open him i was thinking sime thing of display cable and/or SLI cable next week i get right torx key to open him onlye i cant find walkthrough how to open M17x on this forum any more

    temps all oke and no new drivers for problem

    you don`t need a torx key to open it,take a look at Dells support site you will find there a complete guide how to disassemble it or on youtube but you won`t need to take everything apart llike in the video,an ordinary + screwdriver will do.

    TY YOU ALL help :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy: my 17mX is 100% now no green colors no more

    its was 2 cables for LCD i reconnect cable 2 cables and its works :)
