    can our M17x R3 handle SDXC cards?

    as per title I am unsure whether my laptop is compatible with SDXC cards that I would like to use for my camera etc..
    I want to be sure before I order.

    i know that the card readers (i believe made by Ricoh) had serious issues with Class 10 SDHC cards. I assume that they won't even recognize SDXC cards.

    Well I use Class 10 SDHC ones without a problem. I guess the only way is to try it out. If it doesn't work, get a USB 3.0 adapter.
