I ordered an r4 and the status on the order status page says "in production" but my rep says its in the final stage ready to be shipped. I got a much better price from a Dell reseller like $500 less. Should I refuse delivery or accept it and return it without opening it?Am I subject to a restocking or "collection fee"?
