    How do you remove the cmos battery?

    Take the back panel off and throw your laptop at the ground, full force; should come off easily.

    Take the bottom panel off of your laptop. You should see a little battery that is roughly the shape of a small coin. Two wires come off of it, small white connector. Pulling this out will reset all of your BIOS options to default too.
