    hi wonderful people
for some reason after clicking the command center the logo will appear but it will remain on my task bar and the window of the CC wont show it self on my desktop.
i already tried installing other versions on dell websites but no success.
which is kinda odd since it was working couple of days ago with out any problems.
this is on win 8.1 m17xr4 on A13 bios thanks :)

Did you try terminating the process and start it again manually??

Well what i'd do is uninstall the thing, restart to safe mode and run ccleaner to clean registry, restart again and reflash the BIOS, then install the command center again.

If that doesn't work then you're out of luck i suppose.

What version of CC are you using? I think the last version you can use is 3.6. I dont remember if during installation it installed prerequisites like .net or VB runtimes but maybe these could possibly cause your problem...
Make sure OSD is installed as well.
You could also double check device manager to ensure nothing's wrong there
