I had more success sending dell an email. tech support dont know anything. Make a long list of complaints and now their sending me a new graphics card.

That's the most retarded thing I've ever heard.. call another rep.. that one's clearly stupid.

Unresolved Issues - you can provide feedback/speak with a rep that route if you are not satisfied with support. As was mentioned though, try calling back and ask for a supervisor. The rep you spoke with obviously did not have correct information. -
