    15 seconds into this benchmark, my PC just turned directly off. No BSOD, just completely shut off..
    Did that happen to anyone else?

    I got suspicious low 3d graphics score on dual 5870s.. 1224,3 ausmarks.. in 2d 328,3.. :eek:


    I trust Vantage and 3dm11 more and like those scores more :D

    re run your gpu portion of the test and watch what the lowest point score is during the run...that will just about be what your over all score will be for that portion. at least that's what i got out of the hdd test. ill have to go back and watch the others.

    m4's are up to about 2800 to 2900

    maybe those are other drives... after looking back at who was posting.

    reran 3d graphics test, the lowest point was 1071 and the final 3d graphics score 1290,8..

    it doesn't use the secondary card in the test, and I think it stresses the primary one just a little.. like 3d screensaver

    as to your test...if you're not above that score...then you might as well stop the bench to save time.

    The M4's with the higher scores are the 256gig versions which are a little faster.

    I can never get past 1900s.

    Currently on 11.10 drivers. Even with stock drivers I cant get past 1900s.

    Is it cause the dell tech installed the 6990m without doing a coin cell reset? Previous card was 6970m. :S

    try resetting your ccc settings to factory defaults.
    then run the gpu test to the lowest point. see if it's higher.

    everything in CCC is default.. reran graphics test several times, and the lowest point was 1031.

    someone with 5870 could confirm if it is low or normal for this card, but judging from 3dmarks and game experience my cards seem to do well
