ok so i had many problem with my r3 from audio going bad to a bad grapics card and flauty motherboard i have had 4 techs out to my place replacing parts in the last two weeks so i called and they are trying to get me a 18x

now the main question is what should i push for in terms of specs

    on the r3

    2720
    4gb of ram
    6990
    1080p screen
    1.5 tb raid
    and the killer wireless

what do i need to get on the m18x to get the same lvl of profomance as my r3

You might as well push for the highest specs possible.

its a chain reaction bro...u start with an m17x r3 that you were so delighted to get, then you want an m18x with the same specs, then u want crossfire...it never ends. TRY YOUR BEST but just be fair

    ok. im done preaching ;)

PS. i have been through your situation, but instead of 2 weeks, my issue persisted for over 2-3 months with periods of no laptop.

    good luck
