    Hello everyone,

    I bought my laptop on (sept 2011)..
    Last week I wanted to update the ATI drivers so I uninstalled them and installed new ones from ATI. Now when I start CCC it says that it doesn't have settings to configure, my BIOS can't detect the card either, switchable graphics doesn't work and this is what device manager shows.

    can anyone please help me? I've tried to restart bios and uninstalling, using drive sweeper and installing "11-12_mobility_vista_win7_64_dd_ccc_ocl" again..

    Similar thing happened to me the other day, I even reformatted my hard drive and started from a clean Win7 install. After installing the Dell AMD drivers, the discrete card would still not work. I just sent it back for warranty repair. Good luck.
