I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this no r am I even allowed to post this here ( in which the case that i am not allowed to, please delete this thread) but, the RMA service that I had received from eurocom for my 680m was disappointing. Few weeks ago prior to me reinstalling back my 680m, My 680m failed me and could not post no matter what i do ( after a series of artifacts and crashes for no apparent reason). This being the case, I contacted upgradeyourlaptop and he suggested me to request for a RMA from the support team. Following his advice, I issued a RMA for the card and had is sent via express post. Upon reaching them, the support team notified me that there was nothing wrong with my card, which prompt me to think that it might be my motherboard that is faulty. (I then had a motherboard replacement and continued messaging them to investigate the problem further).
After confirming for one final time that the card is indeed fine, The card was shipped back to me to use again. Communicating with the support team was really difficult as I rarely get any replies and there were also a few instances where their messages could not reach me. As soon as I received the cards, I immediately began testing it. Initially the card boots up normally and was issue free until the next day. After leaving my laptop on and going off to do my stuff, I returned to see my laptop stuck in an seemingly endless loop of BSOD as my computer boots past the "loading windows" screen. As soon as this issue happened, I began contacting the support team ( 12pm canada time wednesday) and waited for a few hours in which no replies whatsoever was given. This then prompt me to boot up in safe mode and remove all of the nvidia related drivers. Initially doing so allowed me again to boot into windows and reinstall my gpu drivers however, as soon as my drivers are reinstalled, the same endless loop of bsod happened again. After rebooting and uninstalling drivers via safe mode for the third time, my gpu finally failed me. This time, , I'm stuck with a black screen followed by a few beeps in these sequence: (2 initial beep) (3 beeps) (4 beeps ). As soon as I swap out my 680m with the 6990m, my laptop could boot up and work normally.
As I have already sold my 7970m to my cousin, I'm currently stuck with my older 6990m which still works like a charm.
Up till now, there has been 0 replies whatsoever from eurocom support and i'm beginning to think that they are ignoring my issue on purpose. As a customer who has spent more than 1.7k USD for buying the 6990m,/7970m/ and 680m
from eurocom itself, this level of service is intolerable.
Don't take me wrong guys as I am in no way defaming upgradeyourlaptop/ eurocom for this ( my cards always arrives in time and upgradeyourlaptop usually gives me a good deal/free shipping) but i am however very disappointed with the support team itself.

Do you have a friend or something who has a computer with an MXM slot? Might be worth trying in another system and seeing what happens.
