I've had this problem , you don't need to disable OSD , batboy posted a fix for this in another thread

Its the Bluetooth driver. Do not uninstall it... If you have CCleaner, go to the startup items module, highlight bluetooth.lnk and select disable to prevent it from loading at startup. This should resolve the issue.

If you aren't using CCleaner, just type MSCONFIG into the RUN command and then select the startup tab. Uncheck 'Bluetooth'.

For good measure, open up the Bluetooth Control Panel and on the Options tab, uncheck the box for 'Show the Bluetooth icon in the notification area'. "

it worked for me, no more raging while accidentally pressing caps lock in bad company xD

If you want a REAL fix, without disabling BT, open up Regedit and navigate to the following key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Widcomm > BTConfig > General

Find the value "KeyIndication" and set it to 0.

Cool stuff, when playing Just Cause 2, hitting the caps button will kick you out of full screen mode. Never understood why, and although its rare that I accidentally hit it, its still anoying. so thanks for the fix!
