    even thoe i had my r3 for 5 days i just checked the back and there is 2 green thick lines on back like paint pen marks - never really checked in light as i work nights and its dark when i use so .##

    is it worth me complaining about ? will i achieve anything over this ?


    defintly wasnt me its been put away properly after use each time

    You should definitely call in.
    You can ask for a replacement, or a return - really up to you.
    If you don't feel like replacing at least you can maybe ask for a compensation of some kind for that.
    You have 21 days to return it for a refund, so use it.
