I just was changing cases because i cracked the one that came with my r1 upon taking the parts out I decided to wait and get some help.
putting the hard drives back in and booting up i noticed that they were corrupted.
how could they be corrupted. configured in raid0
no the safest raid, I knew this but, why corrupted?
second time they have failed. first time was when the heatsink and motherboard needed to be replaced due to a heating issue.

There is a BIOS setting for the disk mode.
You sure your disks are corrupted or that the settings in the BIOS didn't just get changed? -

yes I am sure, the setting are correct. Like last time dont ask me why, but when I was instructed by Dellienware Rep was told to unplug the battery next to the fan. then instructed me to unplug the fan.
Even the on site tech couldn't figure out why it wasn't booting up.
turns out, the heatsink needed to be replaced.
gee now unpluging the fan and battery, while attempting to switch cases just seems to have recreated the same heating issue.
it's still in the old case because I Didn't want to screw something up and recause the heating issue. partly why i stopped dismantling halfway through and just reassimbled the laptop.
currently it is rendered useless because it is heating up. which I don't know why.
