    hard problemes with installing the driver ati 4870

    My friend’s laptop is Alienware M17X-R2 , with windows 7 64 bit , 8gb ram , cpu core i7 , and graphic card is ati 4870 hd .last week he discovered his laptop windows is damaged , and told me to fix his laptop . when I saw this computer windows couldn’t run and you were seeing the screen in black after bios and pc properties came, I used the original dvd recovery to install fresh windows , I did it , and after that I installed all device drivers like wifi , … but in control panel , device manager display adapter has been showing in 2 adaptor , standard svga and standard svga with yellow warning sign, I tried to install driver from driver dvd , I installed catalyst after that windows couldn’t recognize this device , I downloaded the latest driver from the ati web site 11.11 , 10.11 , 9 .11, and dell driver original 284039 .i uninstalled the driver and I used driver sweeper and ccleaner to clean registery( in safe mode and normal) after that installing those driveres I confronted these problemes . I installed all of them correct step by step, two catalyst couldn’t recognized this device , but after installing 284039 and 10,11 windows recognized 2 adaptors ati5870 hd , you could enjoy of high graphics quality but when you shut down the pc and turn on again after 15 second of running windows the mouse cursor was stopped and you hear voices of the fans in high , you couldn’t do anything just hold the power button for 5 second to turn off, after that you should run pc on safe mode to remove these drivers, on the other hand if you can work with windows when you want to shut down the pc it goes to high speed fan and pc doesn’t shut down , I have installed windows for several I updated windows , after each installing driver I used driver sweeper and ccleaner, I installed them over 20 times , and you have these same problems every time that you could install driver properly and windows recognized it , I don’t know what can I do to fix it ? I think this computer has got hardware problemes on its graphic cards. If you help me I’ll thank you a lot .
