    hardrive swapping

    got mr 17x r3 today opened and put in my 750 hardrive went to port 1 to put the other 750 in noticed it had a 1.8 inch adapter removed put in hardrive but it will not fit into the connection points its to short ?

    is it for ssds only

    no, it's not, the adapter should fit any 2.5" sata drive.
