Have you tried opening "My Computer" then Right-Clicking "BD-ROM Drive" and clicking "Eject"

You have a little hole somewhere near the eject button. Insert a pin thru that hole and push. The tray will come out.

There isn't one on the M17x drives, Dell wasn't smart enough to use a drive with a manual eject button. There's only 3 things that I've seen that works as I've seen a lot of people get disks or memory cards stuck in them. The first one is to use like a pop cicle stick with some very sticky double sided tape on the tip to try to catch the top of it and pull it out if it isn't engaged, the second is a very fine set of small tweezers to grab the edge of the disk, the third is to gut the computer down to pulling the disk drive out to use a set of pliers to pull it out. No matter which method you use be very very careful. Your best bet is actually just call Dell to send a tech out and replace the drive when they pull it out you can get the disk out of the old drive.

Edit: On pulling the drive you have to disassemble everything but the mobo to get it out, if you're up to doing that here's the manual on how to disassemble, if not just call Dell.

Tell you what man, I'll do my best sometime this weekend to make a disassembly video for you. I'll let you know when I have it and upload it either to a download site as one video or to youtube as a couple parts.

finally got the disk out 15 minutes of pokin the inside of it with a flat piece of metal while spamming the eject button.probaly not the best solution but it got the job done.

Sorry I didn't get a visual guide done this weekend big nasty, I still have plans to do it so if it's needed again in the future it will be there. Glad you got the disk out though. I would contact Dell and ask if they can just send the parts out to replace the drive yourself.
