    i know there are other posts about this but ive already read them and i cant find an answer to what i need.
    i know how to do a raid configuration except for the fact that my m17x only has one connector for a harddrive. it has to bays but only one of the bays has the actualy connector where i would connect the harddrive. i can upload pics if my description is not good enough.

    can anyone help me figure out how to conect a second harddrive in my m17x

    you will need to call dell to send you all the things you need to connect the hard drive in the motherboard for free.
