    For M17X R2 which

SSD Driver for PM800 Series and
    Intel Turbo Boost Driver

either of them does not works on my computer

    for SSD Driver
    when i extract nothing happens

    for Intel Turbo Boost Driver
    when i extract its says
" This computer does not meet the minimum
requirements for installing the software. "

The Turbo Boost Driver is useless. The M17X laptops do not come with Turbo Boost installed. This is well documented in a previous thread. As far as your other question, I can't answer because I do not have this drive. You have to have a Samsung SSD drive from Dell to use the other driver though.
