    i just got my M17x R4 and i see the memory is 800mhz and not 1600mhz....

    i got my computer just today and when i check the spec i saw the memory speed is 800 and not 1600
    and when i run the 3dmark 11 it's write
    Samsung 9 @ 800 MHz
    also ....

    plz someone help me to know if this mean i got low speed memory and if yes what can i do about it ?

    The ~800Mhz is the frequency for each rate. DDR stands for Dual Data Rate so 800Mhz x2 = 1600Mhz and everything's fine, no need to panic ;)
