    i thought it might be the Bios and before asked help for the bios but one of my friend says it could be related to the power regulator so now seek help to see if it solves the problem or not

    NP it's just very difficult to follow your issue when it keeps jumping around. Since I didn't immediately recognize your username I thought you were someone with a new issue rather than one whose issue had been down the beaten path that I understood already. Therefore I wasted your time going over the same stuff again :D I really hope you find a solution, but honestly I think your only real option is to get a new motherboard.

    I have no idea about the validity of them, but just doing a quick shopping search in google for M17x R2 I came up with a bunch of BIOS chips too, not just the motherboard in it's entirety. The BIOS chip I found was about $22 USD, where most full motherboards seem in the $500+ range atm.
