    Hey sorry if this has been asked before but I like things in one place. So I know that contrary to belief, the i7 2630QM does have the ability to run 1600Mhz ram (choosing 1600 over 1866 for lower timings plus my system will have the IGP off so it won't benefit). There are two versions, the regular XMP version and the PnP version. My question is what settings in the bios will I need for the regular versions? Also I assume you don't need to change anything for the PnP versions, right?

    Yes the PnP don't need a BIOS change but here is how to get the regular ones to work. It is near the end of the first post in this thread.
