    having a weird one guys, the screen on my alienware is massively dim and at the same time the intel graphics has erm, basically gone missing.

    Windows can only see the 6990 and even in the bios it says not detected, whats happened?

    solved. a quick reboot of the CMOS was required. all good in the hood.

    oops, how poorly written. I meant I took the battery out of the mobo for long enough for it to restore the bios.
