    intel 520 series SSD RAID or AHCI?

    Just saw on this forum - one guy said that INTEL recommends raid not AHCI. Im not sure, what mode i should go?

    I am currently on raid but i have issues with wake up after sleep -> its not waking up at all i have to hard reset my laptop.

    i think that wake up issue that some have is happening in AHCI too.

    just leave it in raid. I have mine in raid and believe it to be more stable

    RAID includes AHCI, so the latter is enabled when Intel Matrix RAID is enabled.
