seriously I am asking curiously, the stock memory clock is 750MHz and this dude is showing me a 2GHz clocked memory 580m, is this possible?

Yeah the stock memory is 750, he's overclocked it to 1000, which translates to 2000 when talking DDR terms and because nvidia uses twice as many chips for memory, it goes to 4000.

    Don't worry mate that's normal.

wow so we can really push this little beast to boundaries :) widezu, how much can you push the memory clock? 1250mhz is achievable?

No definitely not. 1000Mhz is probably what killed my 1st 580m. On my fourth at the moment :D

It's highly pointless too. Even on benchmarks it's lowered (lowered from 1000Mhz that is, no need for such a high memory clock at all) ^^
