    Today i happen to realize that i cannot stress both cpu and gpu at the same time. the moment i stress the cpu, gpu drops to %60s. just curious if its normal.

    gpu 7970m
    cpu 3740qm
    psu 240w
    issue persists even when they are at stock specs
