    keyboard brightness control not functioning

    My F4 and F5 brightness control keys suddenly cant use to control my brightness anymore. Anyone know any possible reason?

    Unfortunitely not, there's no real solution at the moment. What I can tell you though is that it seems to be an AMD driver issue, because if you switch to the IGP the problem disappears. Hopefully Dell will provide us with a fix soon enough...
