    laptop wont boot

    hey guys i accidentally set my graphics display to pci express in the bios and now my laptop wont boot.when i turn it on it just shuts off and turns on again. i tried taking out the cmos batt but that didnt do anything. how do i fix this?

    I flashed it again and got it wrokingbut now my graphics card isnt recognized

    have you tried reinstalling the vid card drivers?

    I have tried, it failed to reinstall the base drivers ( version 267 i think?) as well.

    yea, i took it out and put it back in, still doesnt work. when i flashed my bios though, i took out the card beforehand. i dont know if that affects anything.
    Edit: i set the display to PEG mode instead of the default SG and the drivers installed successfully now. Why is that?
