Trying to decide which machine to purchase,

I got an order in processing for the m17X 3820QM / 12GB ram/ 500GB HD(have an SSD already that i would put in) 680M Killer Wireless
2468.91 Priced [Went for higer processor and RAM to achieve 15% discount which ended up decreasing the price enough that the processor was a much smaller cost and ram was about equal to what I would purchase from newegg/amazon]
Spec without any discounts or tax was 2764 I believe

    + 200 Dollar Student Gift Card + 5% Dell Advantage Gift Card($116)
So ends up being $2152 if I consider those dell gift cards money off..

but I also had my eye heavily on the MSI GT60/70 680M... looking at the GT60 specifically from Xotic the processor upgrades are too costly so I would stick with a 3610QM.. 16GB RAM remove hard drive, add killer wireless (no BT :() and looking at around 1900 bucks...

    Any particular opinions?

Biggest Negatives that I am aware for the m17x
Glossy Display (Anyone use any good antigloss/matte screen shields?)
    Heavy

Screen preference should always be top priority when picking a laptop. You wouldn't want everything configured upto spec as you want it, and then start hating the device because the screen doesn't suit you. If glossy is not your thing, then avoid it. Everything else is secondary.
