    Hey,

Just got a new Alienware m17x and it has some serious problems. I've used it long enough to pinpoint the problem. When I'm downloading Steam games or watching Youtube videos, the computer will crash. No blue screen, just a full-on freeze where I can't tell it's even crashed unless I try to move the mouse. It's a day old so brand new. I've updated many of the drivers that my Dell support call rep told me to do including VBIOS and wireless adapter. I've also gotten Blue Screens with the error message Stop 0x00000101 "A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval".

I was going to list my specs but my computer seriously keeps crashing before I can type it. Thanks and happy holidays.

Checkout your other thread that we posted in. We suggested trying each of your two ram sticks one at a time and see if the problem goes away.
