Ok, I've recently noticed an issue with the keyboard where after logging in (where the keyboard worked fine to type the password) The keys become super sluggish and slow and will not respond to normal typing. Typically I have to type one key at a time and press it for at least 1-2 seconds for it to count.
It seems to not happen if I unplug any USB devices on the left side. Funny thing is, it ONLY happens in windows under those conditions and again, only after I've logged in. I turned off all extra services and startup items to no avail. Any thoughts?

(btw, I have uninstalled synaptic software, just in case.)
