    Hey,

I have the 256g Samsung(grey) SSD that came with my system. I barely put anything on the drive and it is currenty at around 30% capacit ( I use my other drive for most of the programs and data).

Am I able to install TRIm or a TRIM program? Do I need to? If I "should" would I have to completely reformat? Or are there programs out there that will let me install without reformatting..etc etc...

if it's a PM800 or 470 drive, it should have Trim already - depends on the firmware rev. there's a thread for that.

If you're running Windows 7, you're all set. There are a couple more tweaking/setup threads that a subject search will easily find as well (ssd, pm800, samsung for terms)...
