I was playing dota 2 at the moment it happened. The screen just went black and it made a very sad sound. The temps were: GPU- mid 60's and CPU - 50-55. This is the first time this has ever happened and I immediately cleaned the fans but it shouldnt be overheating if the temps are that low? I know it wasn't a full shut down because the LED remained on and I had to hold onto the alienhead to shut it down completely and press it again to power it back up.

Should I be concerned? I assume if I call helpdesk they'll just tell me to give them a call if it happens again. I have warranty until 2015.

Thanks in advance for the help!

I wouldn't worry to much if it just happened on 1 occasion.

If it returns within a short period of time (and you maybe see a pattern, always while gaming, or not while gaming etc), then it's time to start investigating, but it can be as simple as a little driver problem.
