I tried searching, but nothing came up. When I play counterstrike, there is a short pause some random times, like it's lagging but it's not my internet.

Also, the sound doesn't differentiate direction. I can't tell where people are coming from with headphones. Any one with these issues?

    Thanks guys!

What is your system specs? If your internet is wireless then try to switch to cable and see if that works. The sound issue I am not sure about.

    my system specifications are:
    Alienware M17x
    Intel i7 Q720M
    4GB DDR3 RAM
    250GB 7200RPM hdd
    Radeon Mobility 5870

I will try to call alienware tomorrow if I can but if anyone has any input please feel free to add. Thank you

Dwarf - I am on wireless but I don't believe that is the issue since other computers on my network play it fine. Like I said, it's like lag in the sense that it pauses, but my ping doesn't change or anything. And it stops right after 1 pause.

    TY!
