Hey I got my m17x at the beginning of may. It has been an outstanding gaming machine (even tho I missed out on the 5870s will get them later this year) other than one problem I have been having. Whenever I move this laptop while its on I'd say 1 out of every 10 times it blue screens. It reads irql_not_less_or_equal. This only happens when it is being moved to another spot. I googled this blue screen and it seems to be a hardware issue. Any help on the subject would be really appreciated. here are my specs:
    m17x r2
    i7 920
    8 gigs of ram
    crossfire 4870s (I will upgrade when dx11 is the standard :p )
    blu ray burner
    2x 128gb raid 0 solid state

I think you have to disable the free fall sensor to stop that. There is another thread on this. You may want to do a forum search.

Thanks for the reply, I did a quick search and it looks like that is the problem. However I couldn't find instructions on how to disable it.

Nvm i found it thanks so much for the help!

You can just use CCleaner and disable it from startup.
