    Hi guys, im contemplating reinstalling my machine to fresh, as i have a few issues! i found dells link to the order: Dell - Windows driver install order for desktops and laptops

    but, whats Desktop System Software (DSS) or Notebook System Software (NSS? its number one, and when do i update bios?

    if someone could give a list to follow thanks
